I did not receive my order promptly and had to call and find out where it was. Once the box came it was unclear which one besides the light blue I was supposed to start with. I don't know why they're colored differently than what is on the video or outlined on the piece of paper that came with the box.

Aloha Roo! We are sorry for the frustration you felt at your package's delays in transit. We are thrilled that you have your kit now, and hope you enjoy it! We are glad to help clarify the contents of your kit! In our Total Transformation Kit, Level 1 is your Blue Pop N Go, Level 2 is your Green Pop N Go, Level 3 is your Blue Custom Fit, and Level 4 is your Dark Green Custom Fit. If you check out the "How It Works" page on jawzrsize.com, you will find LOTS of helpful resources, including a full description, with pictures, of the Total Transformation Kit! On that page, you'll find helpful instructions, a how-to video and even a suggested workout plan too! Hope that helps! We appreciate your feedback. Please keep us posted on your progress. :) Mahalo, - The Jawzrsize Team

I like my jawzrsize but what i really like more is actually the jawzrsize customer service. I just can’t believe how fast they send responses and how great they handle me as a customer. My package, which was supposedly arrived within two weeks thought to be lost in transit because I have waited for around 1 month. I decided to ask for refund and they even help me for the whole process because I did not know how to claim the refund. Surprisingly, my package somehow arrived after more than two months and they let me keep it for free without having to re pay. Thank you so much jawzrsize. Couldn’t ask for better experience from you guys.

The idea behind this exercise tool is fantastic, but everytime I tried it, my gums started bleeding. They usually never do. I was persistent and gave it around 15 tries, but it happened every single time. I can’t imagine a product is good for you if it makes your mouth bleed. Sorry!
Response from Jawzrsize· Oct 29, 2020
Aloha Judy, We are so sorry to hear that you experienced gum issues during your Jawzrsize workouts. You are right, your gums should not bleed before, during or after using Jawzrsize. Everyone is unique and has a unique bite. Perhaps it is a matter of helping you fit your Jawzrsize more comfortably. If so, we can help with that! Of course, we are more than happy to honor our 60 Day Money Back Guarantee and assist you with your refund in full if you prefer, no worries. We will reach out to you shortly to see how we can best assist you. Mahalo, - The Jawzrsize Team

The product is great . In the beginning when I ordered it I thought it would be like another teleshopping product but it wasn’t . Now it’s been more than 2 months since I’m using it and I’ve got some really good results.
