Just signed up and realy only checked out some different levels to see how they worked and to see the detail from start to finish. I have to say it looks like a very good site to learn to play the guitar. I checked out some different levels, and anyone who wishes to play guitar, can gain some very valuble lessons. Some of the smallest things from guitar parts, to finger positioning, correct and incorrect ways of just holding your guitar and some different styles. Also if you did not get it the first time you can just rewind and listen again. That is just the video side of it .There seems to be so much more that I have not even tried yet. There is also the live lessons that I have to go check out. Ill leave with, so far so great. I made up that last saying so don"t even try using it without my written consent. Just kidding but who knows what the Jamplay future holds for me? SO FAR SO GREAT.

This is the best way to learn because it's visual, and they go over things so in case u miss it you will see the fingerstyle patterns and really understand what they are doing; probably because their teachers KNOW what they are doing. Fantastic for a busy professional who wants to mess around and learn a few songs in his spare time. Love it!

I'm an advanced beginner who's tried a lot of different online and DVD guitar lesson systems. Jamplay is hands down the best of them all! It's primary strength is that you can follow one teacher all the way from raw beginner to guitar god and you have the option of trying out a lot of different teachers until you find the one you click with and they are all great players and teachers! If you are an experienced player then you can just pick an area or style that you want to strengthen. Well worth the money because it costs far less than lessons from a teacher in your area!

Self taught for 6 years, and have successfully learned the basics of playing guitar - to the point where I have written and performed songs...but this instrument is a lifetime to master, and for $99 you can't go wrong learning the various techniques that each skilled teacher brings. Even after 6 years, and the ability to 'lay it down' quite well, I was able to go back and learn skills at the beginners level - from various teachers - techniques and skills I would never have known. Guitar was already a passion, and learning new skills anytime at my own convenience is addictive. I would recommend Jamplay to any guitarist at any level....the most skilled players in the world continue to learn, and I am a long way from that.....They even offer a money back, and several different ways to join regardless of your budget (I stepped right in for the full year right from the start!)
