I ordered two pairs of glasses from James Oro and ended up returning both—one because the style just didn’t look right, and the other because the frames were too heavy to wear comfortably on a trip. That said, the return process was super easy and straightforward, with clear options for refund, store credit, or replacement. I also reached out to customer service, and Carolina was amazing—she was kind, helpful, and made everything smooth. Even though the glasses didn’t work out, the great service makes me open to trying James Oro again.

Die Brillen sind sehr gut verarbeitet und sehen sehr gut aus. Die Lieferung ging schnell und lief reibungslos. Der Kontakt zum Kundenservice war sehr freundlich und es wurde schnell bearbeitet.
