I'm new to this casino and I bought the first welcome package. I'm I won $300 so far. And I did the KYC. Email support and emailed me back. I got help with that. I haven't had any issues so far. I haven't got my money yet, but I just redeemed it. So I'll update it once I get paid. But for me, no issues so far, they've been very helpful.
