This company is basically a scam. I ordered a Cincinnati Bengals “Starter Jacket”. The colors are all wrong and there is nothing Starter about it. When I tried to initiate a return, they said that there is nothing wrong with the item and that they wouldn’t do a full return. Offered me 30% refund and that was that. I was made to believe that this was a duality item by the price, but it is not. Please avoid this company at all costs if you want to avoid getting ripped off.

Although the item arrived fast the quality is very poor. The emblem has been stitched on rather than vinyl, as has the logo. (Unlike the photo advertised). It looks nothing like the photo unfortunately and is definitely not worth the price I paid. Very very disappointed.

Staff was very helpful and extremely nice. Made sure all my issues were taken care of. Great group of people to work with.

I have yet to receive my order but I wanted to write this review just to say that if its quality is anywhere near the quality of the customer service I received from David, its going to be amazing! I had difficulty with sizing and David walked me through the process and replied promptly and politely to every email I sent. Thank you David!
