I received a beautiful etched glass…
I received a beautiful etched glass RooR 14 inch straight pipe bong last week. The merchant shipped very fast and I had my bong in 4 days from the date of order. Steve helped calm me down when I started to worry and he was a great communicator. Small business, but has the stock in hand, so you don't need to wait months for production. Thank you, Steve

The bowl is simply amazing

Received a gift card for Christmas and…
Received a gift card for Christmas and apparently something wasn't done properly when it was purchased so my order never came. Doesn't seem like it's my fault

Hello, yes, there was a problem with the original gift card purchase. We tried contacting the purchaser numerous times with no response. We even reached out to you numerous times with no response. We just needed to confirm some info on the order to proceed. The info we needed was for the purchasers protection since there was some details that did not match up. The original order is still on hold, and once we are contacted with the info we requested, it will be released.
