They sent a cheap and broken product. They ignored my attempt to contact them for a return for a month. They stalled giving the return instructions for another month, constantly offering "deals." They are unwilling to pay for the return postage as per their return policy (quality related returns). They'll lie about giving proper customer support. It seems the positive reviews on their website are AI generated as well. Do not buy from this company.

First I'll start off with my order number #224205. This company is a SCAM people. I have tried to return this POS but they will not give me a return address to do so. BUYER BEWARE! Cheap plastic junk made in god know where. I only want a full refund. I will only buy from Big store brand from now on. Sorry Small Businesses, this company is the bad apple for sure. I’m very disappointed. I ordered the 3 in 1 cordless trimmer it got hot and stopped working the same day. I texted the company about how to solve the issue on response after several e mails I was informed not to just send it back because they babe different locations and I could be sending it to the wrong address. I was also informed not to send a review . To this day I have not received an email as to what location to send the trimmer to for repairs and of course the 30 days or soon to expire the warranty is a joke they never plan on doing anything you’re purchasing their product at your on risk It is like I threw away over 100.00 dollars down the drain I still have not heard a word from them

Purchasing this small lawn mower was a BAD choice--it's a piece of junk. We tried right away to return it. Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. They refuse to give a return address when they do happen to respond. They mainly stall in answering your emails. Trying to run out the 30 days....or they give you instructions on how to test it out, but then won't take it back if it's not in new condition, so we refused to test according to their instructions. We could tell on the cement that it wouldnt work for us when just releasing one finger on the handle caused it to die. You cant manipulate a turn without it dying. Worthless!! Typical made in China company. When you try to correspond, they first reply that they have no record of your purchase....you have to dig to find your order number. Also, when you order the "extra blades" promotion, they dont bother even sending it. Do not purchase from them! I can't change anything about my review in spite of this reply from the company because there has been nothing done to change my opinion of them. But it seems I have to respond before a deadline or my review will be considered no good. So, I just replied to the company with my last email dated July 20th where my ORDER NUMBER IS IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF IT.

I tool max was a electric string cutter. That I purchased because they said thirty days return policy. It does not cut well. I contacted them with my order numberasking for a return authorization number and address. The website siad not to return it to shipping address. I have sent over 6 requests for information and received no reply. I think their plan is to let the thirty days expire so they can refuse a refund.

I purchased the 12 Electric Weed Wacker Eater with wheels system, it arrived in a very damaged box that I believe was a return from another customer. Primary reasons, the parts bag was empty with the necessary assembly parts scattered in the box or totally missing. I contacted customer service, they said it was definitely not a returned unit and the box was most likely damaged in shipping. They stated they would ship me the missing parts, and provided a video of how to assemble the unit. The first item it said to assemble was already assembled, furthering my suspicion it was a returned unit . The missing parts never arrived, I inquired via email as this appears the only way to get to customer service and after several days of no response and a 2nd email, I received an apology email that they missed my initial email and would immediately reship the missing parts. Never received. Another email inquiring, and was told that they couldn't ship the parts because I had submitted a dispute with PayPal and that locked the ordering system and prevented them from shipping the missing parts. Meaning if that was the case they fabricated the first 2 attempts to send the missing parts. After several more emails and them refusing the parts to be shipped they conceded to allow me to return the unit at MY expense with severe restrictions on how they would accept the return. To which I refused because I couldn't meet there criteria based on the condition my unit was shipped and received in. Every step of the way, they wanted the dispute with PayPal removed before they would act. Process on May 19th and has finally reached resolution on July 31st with PayPal ruling in my favor and refunding the full amount of $239.99. I have reached out and still offered to return it at their expense since my case has been resolved in my favor, We'll see if they want it back. Probably the worse customer service company I have ever dealt with. A total of 18 emails exchanged during this over 2 month process. If I could give a negative, I would. Thank you PayPal. In response to iToolMax's reply, here is the order number associated with this unit. 2#225810. It is indeed a valid order, and I have recently received a response indicating I should still bear the cost of the return of this defective product. I hope PayPal is able to recover the cost from iToolMax.

The product performs very poorly. I’ve reached out to customer service several times in reference to returning order #258390 and have not received a response. Do not order from this company.

We hadden een korte stofzuiger besteld en de levertijd was al veel langer dan beloofd. Het duurde een maand voor die er was. Toen wilden we hem terug sturen. Maar we kregen alleen de aanbieding om 10 % korting te krijgen. Wij gaven aan dat dat voor ons geen optie was. Daar krijgen we geen enkele reactie meer op.. Echt een waardeloze webshop
