Amazing customer service! They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with what I purchased. I will keep buying products from Italic. The towels are amazing, bath mats are so soft.

The website changed their product assortment and now only focus on bed and bath related products. They also sell this membership which gives you a certain amount of credit to used on overpriced products. When I cancelled the auto-renewal for the membership, they just cancelled the entire membership before it expired. More than frustrating - bygones.

The customer service representative, Michael, answered my email promptly and was able to check on my shipment and by the next morning, my package was on the way with UPS. He also sent me an email in the morning to follow up.

Operator error! I managed to mis-type my own email address at checkout, so I didn’t have any of my order information. One quick email explaining the situation, and Michael had it taken care of! He updated my account so it was under my actual email and provided my shipping info. Bonus: my towels arrive tomorrow!
