This is our third year . Great service and Ashley has always been great!

When I arranged to rent at your facility I told them the dates I needed. When I arrived to pay and use the unit I was told I could not rent a partial month. I wanted to rent from 12/7 - 4/6. Instead of 4 months as I was told, new policy says that would me 5 months - having to pay for the entire month of April. When I reserved I gave the dates and told them I wanted to take advantage of the pay for 2 and get 2 months free. Mike offered to refund the deposit but of course I had no time to look for another facility. I will get a family member to pick up our car before 3/31. Bad business practice. I should have been told of the policy change when I paid my deposit. Both Mike and the girl in the office were extremely courteous.

The staff was very efficient and quite accommodating during my rental. I found the unit to be easily accessible and very clean. Parking appears to be abundant during routine hours. This should suit my needs well!

Awesome service! Great facilities! Carsen (the manager at the Priceville location) is truly great at explaining the entire process and costs associated with renting from iStorage! I highly recommend iStorage for your storage needs!
