Beware! This company steals product images and then transfers them to their products. They stole one of my images and then transferred it to many of their products with a Shutterstock watermark visible on their tapestry, doormat, bedding and luggage.

Ordered a bouquet of dozen roses morning of Saturday, Jan23, to be delivered next day, Jan24, birthday of my wife. It was delivered early Sunday morning as promised. My wife was ecstatic! Kudos to Island Rose with special mention to Danika who took my call.

Ordered a dozen rose... delivered 10 roses, so awkward to ask the reciepient to take photo just to show these irresponsible people (Island Rose) that they fouled up big time!! they have no intentions of solving the issue.

Terrible company!! I, like so many others, ordered an item in January and paid for it and have never received it. Tried contacting the company and no-one ever answers the emails. Should have read all these reviews before ordering. BEWARE!! You will not receive your paid for items.

This company is horrible. They take your money and never ship your items. You can't get a response from them. They are a scam. I placed an order in January and never received it. I have emailed them numerous times and I get no reply.

Ordered a quilt in January. Still have not received. I just filed a complaint through PayPal to get my money back. I suggest to everyone to do the same if the payment was done through PayPal.

I placed an order for a Sea Turtle bedspread back in January of this year, the 18th to be precise. I paid $79.98 for it. Subsequently, I received an email a few weeks later apologizing for the delay in shipping due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Evidently, the product was being made in China. I heard nothing again until mid-March, again apologizing for the delay. I was given an order ID and tracking # as long as the alphabet, but no further explanation. Evidently, the problem was now mine to figure out where it was! I tried email again the other day but received a message that I there was no one the address(words to that effect). I want my order or want a refund! Need to hear from them, it has been nearly 5 months!
