Wrong item was delivered plus $ 8 return fee
Charging $ 8 for returning the wrongly shipped item is unacceptable, this needs to be exchanged for no extra charge since it was the company's mistake. I sent an email and have not heard back from the company.

Excellent Service!
When I called the representative she was so helpful. She sent me a link for my order and it made it so easy to finish it up. I also received my order very quickly.

Great product and fast shipping!
I purchased a KAVU bag from this site and was very pleased with the site! I received the bag very soon after I placed my order and the price was better here than other sites I had checked into. I highly recommend this website to others.

Took awhile to receive!
Other than the shipping delay, everything was fine!
