I ordered 2 bags through IslandSurf.com, both with sale promo codes. One came in a different color than pictured on the website (though it was the new version of the color I had ordered) and was not what I wanted. They quickly helped me identify the issue, removed the image from their website, and searched the internet for a bag of the color I had wanted. When they could not find one available in that color, they quickly exchanged the bag for another color I liked that they had in stock. I can't thank Jane and the customer service staff enough for helping sort this situation out.
