DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY? Colors are no where near what they look online. And when I wanted to return they asked for pictures, when I opened to show the u touched hair- I was then told I couldn’t return.
Response from Irresistible Me· Feb 19, 2026
We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed and would like to clarify our return policy to avoid any misunderstanding. Before approving a return, we clearly request a photo showing that the black security seal, which includes a visible message stating that it should only be opened if you intend to keep the product, is fully intact. This seal is in place to protect the hygiene and safety of all customers. If the seal has been opened or removed, we are unfortunately unable to accept the return. This requirement is explicitly stated on our website under the Returns & Exchanges section and is also included in the return instructions we send via email before proceeding. These measures are not meant to inconvenience our customers, but to ensure product integrity and hygiene standards for human hair products. If you would like us to review your specific case again, please reach out to our support team directly and we’ll be happy to look into it further.

I'm only giving a 2 star because they felt, curled, and looked like real hair with perfect color match. Other than that they are a waste of money. You will shed shed and SHED so much out becomes annoying and there is no hair left. They were thin to begin with even tho i got the thick ones. Don't buy. Bellami is my go to. Never should have strayed
Response from Irresistible Me· Aug 12, 2026
Some shedding is expected with human hair extensions, especially the first few times you brush or wear them, but it shouldn't reach a point where you're losing so much hair that it becomes unusable. We're glad the color match and texture felt as natural as you were hoping for, but we're sorry the thickness and shedding didn't hold up here. We weren't able to locate an account matching this order from the review details, so we'd really like to look into what happened with your specific set. Please email us at [email protected] or reach out via live chat on our website with your order number, and we'll take a closer look and see what we can do to help.

LOVED these extensions! I love that they had SO many color options, so I was able to find one that matched my hair almost perfectly. They came nicely packaged with zero tangles and completely ready to attach- no brushing or styling needed. I was skeptical of the price at first, but found out they're worth every penny! 🙌

Irresistible Me sent me the wrong color. Yes, I opened it bit did not touch it because I could already see it was wrong. The policy they have in place is completely ridiculous. I didn't even want a refund, I asked for an exchange but because I opened it I cant have either. Im at a complete loss. This is terrible customer service. I ordered rooted blonde and received blonde with orange looking highlights. 😣

We're sorry to hear about the mix-up with the color, and we understand how frustrating this has been for you. To help sort this out, we did reach out and ask for a photo of the item so we could look into what happened and get you the right exchange, but we haven't received that yet. Please check your inbox, including spam or promotions folders, as our response may have landed there. We'd really like to get this resolved for you as soon as we hear back.

Return or exchange policy leaves much to be desired. These beauty supplies are not on the low end pricing, so you would expect a customer service to be accordingly. But, NO!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. We’re really sorry to hear that you were disappointed, and we completely understand how frustrating this situation must have felt. Our team explained that every hair extension and ponytail includes a small sample weft in a separate compartment at the bottom of the tube. This is there so you can check the color, length, and texture before deciding whether the product is right for you. The main item is protected with a black seal that kindly asks to open it only if you wish to keep it. Once this seal is broken, we’re unable to accept a return because, as we work with human hair, we must follow strict hygiene rules to ensure each customer receives a completely new and safe product. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and never want our customers to feel let down. If you ever need help choosing the right shade or style in the future, we’d be more than happy to assist you personally.

I recently tried irresistible me hair extensions and they were easy to apply, the hair feels like real hair. I will note my only issue was the root color not matching my roots but other than that I really enjoyed these extensions!
