At first, it was nice answering the surveys but now, absolutely not. Most of the time, you spend 15 minutes answering to be told that you are not eligible for the survey. No points, nothing. Waste of time!

Never had any surveys. I think this is all a scam to collect personal data.

I ran out of ipsos iSay surveys in about a week after obtaining 460 points and haven’t been offered another for weeks now (need 500pts to earn a $5 gift card). I completed or attempted over 50 surveys and the last 6 were redirected without earning any points. When I emailed customer service they responded by deactivating my account. This is just a scam to collect your personal info to sell to 3rd parties.

Here, it is October, and I haven't received my gift cards yet??? The only response I constantly receive is Sophia stating that I will hear back from her in a few days, that was on October 22,2018. I've done my part, an I expected your panel to do the same. I've spoken with Productreportcard, and they agreed that I should not have to go through this. Please fix this, as I have sent the proof as requested!! 99% des invitations aux enquêtes n'aboutissent pas. Je reçois des mails d'invitations avec un lien et lorsque j'accède à l'enquête le message est : pas d'enquête disponible. Conclusion : isay fonctionnait bien autrefois maintenant c'est une catastrophe. Les mails d'invitations ressemblent à du spam.

The worst customer service of any panel -- they won't fix issues and they basically tell you that they don't care. STAY AWAY!!!

They are terrible. I access their surveys through a couple different survey sites. They give you the same repetitive qualifying questions which respond slowly, and are mostly irrelevant to whatever survey you might get served up. Having said that, you usually waste at least 5-10 minutes only to be excluded. Very rarely, do you get to the end of a survey and actually get compensated.

Basically a scam website/company designed to make you fill out a huge survey form (supposedly to fine tune the jobs that would be best for you) in order to qualify for mystery shopper jobs near you. After nearly an hour of answering endless questions (a survey in disguise obviously) about me I was finally given the go ahead to search for jobs local to me (North East of England) and after endless glitches and website errors (professional, ay?!) I got onto the "opportunities" page, basically the nearest job to me was Chennai in India over 5000 miles away and it only paid $5 which is next to zero!!! TOTAL SCAM, AVOID!
