Been using them for years, had some issues with my own app but as long as you use the 8K app they provide it's amazing and the customer service is always quick reply.

Asked for a refund multiple times within refund the 7 days money back guarantee period and was consistently ignored by customer service. I had to beg to be able to use on multiple devices, eventually I got there in the end but the service was down for days after that and still is, still no refund

Paid for 6 months but they cancelled it after 3 days. Stopped replying to my messages after saying they would sort it. AVOID THIS CON
