I have placed an order for a Cannaisseur Kit for my Gravity Infuser, but I have never received it. The tracking information shows it was delivered while I was at work. Despite my efforts of looking for the parcel around my flats building and with my neighbours, no luck. Even I told them that I will be out of the country for the following weeks, they sent a replacement which was marked as ‘delivered’ while I was away, and again, I had the same issue as the first time. Since this happened, I have asked them to refund me and I got back and forth with their CS representative who was rather rude and had no idea how to compose a mail, proper grammar or diplomacy. I can’t review the products. From my research they are good, but I didn’t get the chance to use them. The CS team behind though, it’s simple despicable, or at least the person I talked to.
