The Roots community and its people are astonishing. Being a first-time mom and renter was extremely hard to navigate. They are very accommodating to my family's needs as well. They are always willing to lend a helping hand and find resources as well. Since renting with them, I've built wealth while renting, something that seemed impossible. My family and I are incredibly grateful to the Roots team and community.

Renting with roots has been a wonderful experience. With other management companies you feel like a number. With roots you are treated as a person. I am so happy that I found them. I love their live in it like you own it program. I feel so fortunate to have found them. I would recommend everyone looking for a home go to roots because you will not regret it.

Roots is an amazing company and Family! They welcomed my children and myself into their community of Love! We moved in Aug 2024, They helped us find a beautiful home! They provide the support I need as a single mom to feel whole. They definitely look at their renters as family and they will not allow family to be left at the waist side. The property management team makes sure my home is taking care of. If I have any issues in my home that need to be fixed they address the issue immediately. They are by far the best rental company the best part is when you rent with roots your also becoming an investor! Every quarter your eligible to make money by investing with there Bloom portal. This was a blessing to find and the best decision I could have made as a hard working mother! I love Roots and their whole family team! I am very grateful for them and the love they show My children and myself by allowing us to call their property our home! I look forward to renting from them for the next few years. I also look forward to continue to invest with them long after I am able to purchase my own home! This is definitely a company to trust!

Roots is more than just a rental company. Roots is an outstanding company that truly cares about the residents. They are understanding and have options when it comes to life situations . Maintenance for them is a priority just as it is for residents. By taking care of their property you can earn rebates every quarter, which it’s amazing and the only company that I know who has that program. Also you have the opportunity to invest with them in real state. Roots made me feel like I was family, that I’m grateful for and I will highly recommend. My experience was extraordinary!

Roots is truly the best! We’ve been renting through Roots since July 2021, and I can honestly say they’ve been the most accommodating, helpful, attentive, and responsive rental company (or landlord situation) I’ve encountered—and I’ve been renting for over 20 years. They’ve gone above and beyond, even converting a space into an extra bedroom for my child. Their “live in it like you own it” concept was new to me at first, but it’s honestly been a game changer. I never imagined myself being involved in real estate investing, but Roots made it accessible and even exciting. The incentives to stay have genuinely worked—we’ve stayed! And when the time comes to move on, it’s comforting to know we’ll walk away with a little nest egg that could help us buy a home. That’s incredibly rare in the rental world. Scott, Jordan, and Katie have all been amazing—any time we’ve needed something, they’ve made sure it’s taken care of quickly and thoroughly. This company is a rare find, and I’m so grateful we happened upon them!

As a Roots Renter for 2.5 years, all I can say is wow. The people are amazing. They actually care, and listen, and respond. I’ve never had a renting experience where I felt like I was part of the family, especially with a company. They deeply care about us earning our rebates and rewards every quarter…it is not a gimmick, it’s authentic. I can’t say enough about this entire experience. I left with more than double what my move in deposit was … if I wasn’t a homeowner now, I would only rent with Roots. Thanks to this entire team. 10/10!!!

I lived in my apartment for a year after they took over and I loved the management team and how they stay on top of any and everything they also are wonderful people and offer a wonderful incentive to living with them and a program that offers you savings while living with them if I was to every move back to the Atlanta area I would definitely go to them first Scott and his team are amazing don’t miss out on good home management and landlords they are they best
