Overall, I am satisfied, but some times it would be nice if I was able to call the IMS help desk person if an issue is emailed back and forth several times. I feel like I cannot always get my questions across and the IMS help desk either doesn't understand my question or I can't understand their response.

The investor portal is terrific and the bones of the product are solid. We need better (or any) reporting ability and overall metrics for the investor portfolio (i.e. avg rate of return across all investments).
