I was honored to have a sales rep names Dylan help me out for 6 hours straight. He had patience, great ideas, and helped me so much. If it wasnt for him I would have never understood what to do.. Kodos to Dylan. I recommend everyone get assisted from him.. LA

3rd class customer service. No reply to either one of the emails. Never work with this company unless you want to waste your time and money and end up with disappointment.

Great company to work with. I like how easy it is to work their site. The integration works seamlessly. I have been using them for about a year with no issues.. I would like to add that they have always responded to any questions or requests and provided solutions at any time of the day. I don't particularly want to talk to anyone else. I already do that on phone. And, I have maybe even harass when something beyond control. Even something i unwittingly did, and come and fix things. That to me is true loyalty and really caring. I have had them for 1.2 years, I don't have their full automation package. I don't require itm I can do things well my damn self. Point being, they will go above and beyond, and that is nothing you can expect from similar companies. I'm hard to deal with, but they will take care of your business. I promise you that. That's a guarantee. And, if you wish to test the veracity of my statements, then focus on the fact that I know I'm a difficult person expressed by many. So, I'm not telling you to be difficult lol. God no. I'm just trying to evacuate the fact that they will make anything right. Or, at least help you. That's a real unbiased review. I have no issue on saying it how it is and how I feel; especially, when it's absolutely necessitated. And, yes this is how I speak Simpletons. Mark my words. I would not lie for anyone not even Jesus. Whatever the issue is, they will solve it. Or, at least try to. This comes from a verifiable real user. I think my perception of them, if probably that they have of me. But, that's not the point and either way I don't care

One of the worst customer support experiences I've had in a long time. Very difficult to get hold of anyone via email. No phone number and their live chat is never live... In my experience over 2 separate occasions, support enquiries were dealt with painfully slowly over a number of days for issues that could have been resolved within 5-10 minutes had they been on live chat or had a customer service phone line.

Too bad ZERO stars is not an option. They use offshore developers that have ZERO clue about how business works in the real world. For six months I have been trying to get them to fix ONE issue. That one issue makes my most profitable products fail to transmit to the supplier. Their management does not care, not really sure how they are still in business. Looking for a new provider now.... STAY AWAY....

Hi Bob, It seems as if you haven’t used our service in well over a year. Looking at your account we are unsure of the actual issue you speak of and don’t see any evidence to show an actual complaint within our support. This is very odd you would go to a public forum to first bring this to our attention, but we are happy to address the issue if you email us directly. We are always more than willing to help our customers in any way we can, as we do daily with our thousands of happy customers.

I can't put into words how frustrating working with Inventory Source has been. The current ongoing situation is costing us thousands of dollars and untold reputational damage, do Inventory Source care enough to fix the situation? Not as far as I can tell. Consistently told a fix is coming, but it's been weeks now. If my business was hobbling somebody else's, I would be doing everything in my power to fix that issue ASAP.

***updated to 3 stars for fixing the issue after leaving this review*** Order processing time can still be improved, but is getting better. Still looking for a better method to manage and follow up on individual order issues in a timely matter. IS needs a disputes center or something of that nature.
