Intryc is a really great QA tool that really helps our support team improve quality, effectiveness and consistency of customer interactions, while gaining valuable insights. The tool is easy to use, and AI evaluations make the process so much faster. Intryc’s team is also fantastic! They are always positive, open to feedback and quick to respond with helpful solutions. We’ve recently started using this QA platform, and it’s been a really promising tool so far. It’s intuitive, easy to use, and the AI features help make the audit process faster and more focused. I've been using Intryc for a while now, and the experience has been increasingly good. It’s intuitive and easy to navigate, even for new users, while still offering advanced tailored features.
