If I could give less I would...took much longer than 6 weeks, when it came it sounds very bad, constantly makes poping noises. Sounds like it's in a hall. I have an automatic turntable and it doesn't start or stop correctly with these records.

I’m happy that the people at intheclouds have made it possible for people to get smaller orders of records made! For small bands like myself or niche bands that know they have a small crowd -this is a cool way to have something rad if it’s just for a few friends or one record for yourself. didn’t hear any update for about 2 months but eventually got my custom cd. i love it a lot and packaging was pretty good

CDs are wrong and low quality half my band name was cut off the CD. Took 9 weeks to mail them, customer service only answers when they feel like it stay away use kunaki instead

Product took over 9 weeks to finally arrive, much later than listed on the website. It was also time sensitive and did not arrive in time for my wife’s birthday which added to the bummer. I also paid additional money for the fastest shipping possible, in the case of any delays, and it still took around 2 weeks to ship. Customer support was very little help, as they would often take about 1-1.5 weeks to get back to my emails.

. I had ordered a custom red vinyl and it got delivered a few days ago but there are some things wrong with it. The A- side's track list is not in the right order that i had wanted it to be in, and a lot of the songs skip a lot. At least 3 or more songs skip on the A side.
