My order has been in preshippment for over a week now and there has been no change or update. I’ve reached out to USPS but they told me to reach out to y’all. My order number is 9449011206217528523027 . I was hoping to get it by Christmas but now I just want it to make sure I’ll still get it. I’ll be happy to change my review once I know what the status is of my purchase.

The vinyl itself plays great, but the jacket and labels are grainy even after providing a high dpi file. Additionally, the jacket is very flimsy (can't stand up when holding it straight up) and it also smells bad due to the printing/chemicals they use. Even months after receiving it, the smell is still there. Good on the vinyl, OK on the jacket and labels.

I never received my order. It has been over seven weeks since I ordered a custom CD and I haven't heard a thing from this company about when I should expect my shipment. If there were a problem with my files, I figure they would have contacted me by now. But no - I've emailed them multiple times and I have NOT heard back. Waste of $20.

I ordered a vinyl as Christmas gift in time for it to shipped before Christmas. Never shipped, no updates, and not responding to my emails. I will gladly change my review if someone would get back to me. Sadly, it looks like I am not the only one experiencing this. My son was so excited about this gift, we are really bummed.

MY ORDER NEVER SHIPPED. IDK why fUHk this happened but it did. I Ordered 2, 7-inch vinyl records with my friend's music on them. It was supposed to be a running gag. I got kinda worried because it was a lot of money. it was around October 25. Now it is December 18th and all I have gotten is "YoUr vInYL haS sHIpPeD" when in reality the tracking information states otherwise. It states that the label was created but it hasn't been handed off to USPS. This got me really riled up because I payed for EXPRESS 2 day shipping and it being delayed further. I am absolutely done with this company and what nothing to do with them. I WANT MY VINYL RECORD. MY ORDER NUMBER WAS #ITC28998.

The record was beautiful and sounded great, and came in a timely fashion. The printed label and sleeve could use slightly better color matching, which we hope to correct in the next version ... great prototype! We will be ordering more soon!

It's been multiple weeks since I tried contacting them and no answer. I ordered my product months in advance in order to get it in time and it is now well past the due date with 0 updates. If they could at least give order updates but noo they would rather post on all their socials and send multiple random promo emails a week. Seeing all the reviews on here and comments on their socials it seems they often get away with this. I would not recommend, the organization needs to do way better. If by the end of December I still haven't received any update I will cancel my credit card payment.
