Overall, everything was great except the shipping time. I received an email that the shipping time changed but nothing changed per the date that was originally stated. I reached out and was told they were backed up, and that’s understandable, I just wish I didn’t have to reach out for shipping updates.

Recently,I ordered a few Custom Made CD’s from In The Clouds.I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the CD’s when they arrived in the Mail.Also,I will add,they made it easy to upload the Music and Artwork to the website.I would recommend them,to anyone interested in having CD’s or Records made.

Wonderful quality! I bought a 2LXP Vinyl Record, and the prints and sound quality are great! I have no complaints about the product itself. Although they were backed up when I ordered, it took a while to arrive, though it was well worth the wait!

Took 3 months rather than the 3/4 weeks advertised. Quality of sound is bad, and customer service lied when they said the package had been shipped(the label was created but the package wasn’t shipped for another 10 days). Only redeeming quality was the custom print on CD and packaging.
