I really like your product! The music sounds great, and the artwork is a good 95%. Unfortunately you have messed up both my album covers by cutting off the picture(s) I sent in. I used your tools to center them to make sure they worked, but in my first CD you cut through the logo on the back, and in the second you deleted a third of the title and artist on the cover. I think thats unacceptable.

Ordered custom bags. Thought I had plenty of time (ordered them 3weeks before I needed them). Nothing in the ordering process or confirmation said when I could expect them. I finally ended up searching on their website to find that JUST processing time would be 4 weeks and then it takes another week on top of that for shipping, so over 5 weeks total!!!! I never would have ordered had this been communicated! They clearly don’t want you to know! Just 2 days after placing the order, I emailed customer service to tell them to cancel my order as it wouldn’t arrive anywhere close to when I needed them. The agent said they were “in process and could not be cancelled.” This is clearly a lie as they themselves say production takes 4 weeks. I went back and forth, asking for management (which I never spoke with) to be told they would not issue a refund. I have already ordered from another company for HALF the price and they will be in my possession within 2 weeks of ordering. Really regret placing an order with this company and will also be placing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. As I’m reading the many other negative reviews, they clearly don’t do honest work for anyone and should be shut down.

I think sometimes we don't acknowledge the art involved in produced these CDs. This company doesn't simply burn songs to a CD. Very high quality audio and talented artists who do it.

Neat concept, the customization is great. But the quality I don't much enjoy. Don't know if it's because I didn't pay for the additional mixing charge, or it's just bad in general. Only the A side works. The B side is just static, and if turned up loud enough, you can hear the A side in reverse.

Material was way more flimsy than I was expecting, not rigid at all like a normal jacket is. Print looks good image quality wise though.

Sadly, the very first couple of times i ordered from In the Clouds (cassette, cds) they had done AMAZING work. However, the last two times i tried to get a cassette made they screwed up the Jcards and i had tried to get them to fix them but never got a response or a replacement. Takes forever for them to respond via email which does not help either.
