Just received my product. Can't wait to get started with it. Thank you very much for the product 😀 😊

I love the clasps, but shipping took 6 weeks.

Simple pictures and easy to understand

These are great books. They are thin, easy to peruse, and helpful. The price was great too. They took a long time to arrive though.

The book has everything I need and more than I expected. It just arrived so I haven't begun the excersises yet but they look like I will be able to do them. I am a 70 year old recent cancer survivor so I need the excersises to be not too strenuous.

I was surprised it was made of polyester but the top is still very cute. I did receive emails updating tracking & I liked that. Delivery time wasn't too bad. The tee is made in Europe so customs from & two the US accounts for the delivery.p
