The automatic email with my license…
The automatic email with my license number and instructions did not come. After I contacted customer service- they sent it to me

Poor performing website
While I was completing my purchase I had some difficulty when I put in the credit card information. When the purchase went through it took me to another page where I was to download the software and activate it. The button to do that didn’t work and it took me back to the page to shop again. On their website I tried to leave a message but it wouldn’t go through because there wasn’t a line on the form where to put my email address and because of that the submit button was grayed out and didn’t work. When I left their website I sent them an email and it was finally answered with a link to download my purchase and their promise to send the software’s serial number within a FEW hours. When I didn’t receive it I sent another email which wasn’t answered. I sent another email and the next day I finally received the serial number. I thought the name of the company was Instant License. Hmmm…. not a 5 star experience.
