Absolutely do not book with this company! I had a pre-purchase car inspection scheduled with them and they inspected the wrong vehicle!! I called into their customer service team about this and emailed at least seven times and each time was told my situation was being escalated to management and I never ever received a return phone call or email. I called to request a refund and they refuse to refund me. Do not book with the scammers, you will lose your money and they probably won't even look at your car.

Waited 4 hours for mechanic, repeatedly told he was coming, then canceled after the scheduled window. Wasted my time and completely unprofessional. Give me nothing for compensation.

Scheduled a mechanic to come out to do a electrical diagnosis the first day they were scheduled to come out the mechanic got stuck and couldn’t make it. So then i scheduled the service for the next day and a mechanic still hasn’t made it out to me because their sick. Third time i scheduled for a mechanic they said he’s running late and never showed up. I tried calling customer support and they were not very helpful, and they are very slow to responding to text messages. Update: finally had someone contact me after they wouldn’t respond and they tried to put me in contact with mechanic directly, but i already had another mechanic that’s not them to come the following Saturday. So i just told them i wanted to cancel and they told me to cancel on website. After i did that they charged me $300 because i didn’t cancel soon enough. Even though i’m not the one who rescheduled it for the very next day. I called to tell them to refund me and so far 5 days later a manager still haven’t contacted me, and the $300 charge still exists on my card.

I have lost complete trust in this company. Between the Reps/mechanics running the show, no one knows what they anyone else is doing. For 3-4 days I have been lied to, strung along, or ignored on the simple request of having their mechanics show up at my place to do 5-15 minutes of work Their reps will say anything you want to hear so they can quickly hang up on you. A few times, I was hung up on when I asked them the status of the mechanic because they are 3-4 hours LATE! Sometimes when I do get a bit honest Rep on the phone, I am told they will call me about in a few minutes, up two 30 minutes. I ask them would they promise me that (because they would say that and then not do that). No big surpise, two hours late no call. When I call them back, they say they "forgot" or they would "about to". At this point, they are using this as a line to cover for themselves. I was also told by a "manager" that they promised (super duper promise) that a mechanic would show up the very next day. Bright and early even. Guess what, they never did come. When I called no one had a answer of what happen, or even if the mechanic even knew about the appointment. This was now the third time they botch up their own appointment. I ask if I could speak with the manager, and was told that person is busy. I left a voicemessage and after 8 hours later, nothing. For 4 days I was being patient and respectful to the rep, but now I am mentally done with them. Any professional who acted this way should be fired. I know I would from my job if I handle a client this sloppy. Save yourself trouble, do not get service from Instantcarfix.

Booked a service that was unable to be completed. The company did not spell out what would happen if a service could not be completed as the problem was more challenging than the initial order. Mechanic was a good guy, seemed honest. The instant car fix people told me I was out of luck on the money I paid, at least most of it and that they would refund the rest after applying a diagnostic fee. Would have preferred just going to a regular shop. There are local, mobile mechanics available without the middle man of this site...I would just talk to them instead of wasting time with these guys. Also, not sure I will ever get any of it refunded but that's what they said.

The company sent someone out to put the starter after a two day delay. First he bought his kids to my home it hot out side and his wife kept calling very few min. He put the starter.On the the 26 th of June I drove the car found a bolt. I called company and explained and see if the someone out to double check the mechanic work. I drove the car .it perk so hard felt the motor and what else was under was going to fall out. The car was reading getting hot. We put antifreeze in just watch pour all over the ground. We picked more bolts on the ground. I have been calling and talk Isaac Berry and he refuses to do anything about my car so now I've made a complaint with the attorney general's office the Consumer Affairs office and the Better Business Office as well as higher an attorney because they refuse to do anything about my car I would not recommend them to even watch my car. I sent Mr Issac Berry photo that taken of damages to car. The hose that goes from radiator was damaged and it cause all the antifreeze to ran out on the ran ground causing it to over it. Why it was damage and why it was messed with the mechanic that was hired to fix what instant car fix messed was sure why there mechanic had even took parts off to get the hose he to place hose and parts that came with.it. The heat shield was just laying in the spot where it belongs. But was not Bolted down. One bolt to starter was not even put on are maybe not Boltd down because a bolt had to be put in. I kept copys of the email that I sent Mr Berry along with photos.I also sent a email to the corporate office and sent photo.To this day I have yet to hear from Mr Berry or there corporate office

Please do not do business with these people. its not a company. You call them, they find a mechanic. My experience was horrible. I called them and explained I needed a mechanic as soon as possible. I was told that was not a problem. After I paid to hold my card for the money requested, no one showed up within that hour. They said I selected the window. The rep was on the phone and knew I had no choice but to choose their window while at the same time telling me someone was coming soon. I kept calling back, was told they would find out the eta of the mechanic, no one ever called me. I cancelled my service. These people want to charge me a cancellation fee. Please don't. I wish I had read the reviews.

Worst company EVER! They lied to us for 3 days and then cancelled our work order leaving us stranded 200 miles from home. We made an appointment for Monday between 11-4pm. We never heard anything so when we called at 4pm they said they couldn’t make it because their mechanic had a job that went too long. Ok. We told them we needed to drive home on Tuesday night. They GUARANTEED that the work would be done on Tuesday. Around 12pm on Tuesday, they told us they were waiting on the part and it wouldn’t be in until later that afternoon. When the part finally arrived they would not come fix our car and said we would have to wait until Wednesday. On Wednesday morning, we checked out of our lodging and waited for the mechanic. Finally, after being put off several times, we received a call around 2pm that our work order was being cancelled and they were “So sorry”. We had to have a family member drive 200 miles to rescue us. My husband and I both missed a day of work and my husband missed 2 days of our vacation waiting for the mechanic. They lied from the start and didn’t fix our car even when they Guaranteed it would be done. Both the managers and customer service agents were rude and unhelpful. They told you what you wanted to hear. Oh, and let’s not forget the part about them collecting your payment upfront. I would give zero starts if that was an option
