Dallas is a very responsive candid loan officer whose estimations and projections were always spot on! Throughout the process; Dallas and his team were always a phone call away and that provided much needed ease of mind.

Overall the experience and people I worked with at Insight Loans were very knowledgeable, friendly, and constantly in contact with me even if I needed to speak after hours. They helped me keep a level head in this time-consuming nerve-racking process and I'm really glad they helped make me feel better offering advice and reassurance in various situations while applying and getting approved for a loan. Even in the parts that were outside of their control they helped gain as much information to pass to me as they could in dealing with the government. I was extremely pleased with Tenille (my mortgage originator) who managed to keep me positive.

When I had been told “no” from other lenders, James went out of his way to find a loan that would work for me. The process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Working with Insight loans was a great experience. We needed to refinance our loan as we were in a balloon loan that was ending within six months.
