It gives one peace of mind knowing you can go anywhere at a moments notice especially when you live in an area known for wildfires.

Imogene is great except when you travel abroad. For example, I was in Moscow and needed to talk with someone from Imogene and possibly replace a part. No help in Europe.

Last year I traveled by air to my grandsons wedding pulling along an O2 concentrator. Cumbersome and difficult to manage. This year we booked a bus tour to Cape Cod and I knew I could not manage on the bus with a pullalong concentrator. The Inogen allowed me the freedom to travel without a problem, easy to manage O2 needs at home and on the road. Was able to make 3 trips this summer , thanks to my Inogen

I love my Inogen 4! I'm no longer tied down to home or close by and, even in my worst days, it's quieter and more reliable than the giant home machine I used to have. I do, however, thank heaven that we have a couple of good oxygen supply stores around here. I tried several times to call Inogen to order canulas and filters, left messages, and never heard back. Is there somewhere I can get the Inogen-specific supplies, like batteries, the filter and parts I'm supposed to change out every year or so?

THE PORTABLE CONCENTRATOR HAS ALLOWED MY WIFE TO RESUME NORMAL ACTIVITIES SUCH AS SHOPPING, HAVING LUNCH WITH FRIENDS AND TAKING DAY TRIPS. THIS HAS IMPROVED HER MENTAL WELL-BEING WHICH IS AN IMPORTANT PART OF STAYING AS HEALTHY AS POSSIBLE.

I'm satisfied with the unit and customer service.

This device works as advertised. Light weight and very functional, this has given my father the mobility he has been missing. The representative was very helpful in listening to our need and did not try to sell us on something we didn't need.

I have had great luck dealing with Inogen in all my dealings.
