Great Company to do business with. Always, help me when I need it. On one occasion, I was at my granddaughter's house and my portable unit went out around 2am. Inogen had a new one to me by 7am. Only 5 hours after I called. I live in a very rural area and when I need supplies, I get it in a day or 2. Better turn around than any of the local companies.

It is easy to use and convenient to. It is lite weight. I get good service from Inogen when I call them

When they work they are good, but they don't last very long.WE have 1 home unit and 1 portable. We are on medicare program and in the last 4 years we have had 6 different machines. In the first year the service was terrible, they quote 24 to 48 hours and it was 10 days for replacement. Now the service is much better and is about 2 days from TX. I will have to think about staying with them.

I love having portable oxygen, I just wish the batteries were more powerful in a lightweight design. When traveling you have to carry more than one because of regulations governing how many hours you have to have...carrying more than one battery is cumbersome.

I love my InogenOne. It’s a bit of freedom to not have to carry tanks and struggle with changing them - often needing new washers due to leakage. Super quality portable concentrator!!

A Successful Trip. In October, shortly after I purchased my Inogen portable oxygen machine, my daughter and I took a two-week cruise together. Each day that our ship was in port, we went on one of the Shore Excursions that was offered by the cruise line. I always took with me a big, roomy purse, in which I carried money and other essentials, plus my Inogen oxygen machine. We walked a lot on these day trips and I grew tired and short of breath. At that point, my daughter would say, "Do you need your oxygen?" I'd say "Yes"; we'd hook me up to the machine, and turn it on. In less than 15 minutes, I was breathing normally and ready for the rest of the day's activities. One day, a fellow passenger asked my daughter, "How do you and your mother like that portable oxygen machine?" and my daughter answered, "It's a godsend!"
