It is small very easy to handle and I have my life back

Best device ever. Allows me to travel, and just get out of the house. After surviving COVID-19 and 6 weeks in the hospital this device has help or assisted in my recovery. I’m still on oxygen but the device helps me live a more normal life

It was my mom who used the inogen machine. She loved the ease of the entire system. Unfortunately, my mom has since passed, on March 23, 2021. She wasn't able to use it for a long period of time.

Stage 3 COPD...had exacerbation of COPD was told to go to hospital but didn't because am a retired RN BSN. Had been over several months researching Inogen and told my family ,they bought the machine for me. The Inogen is the best decision I've made, considering my disease. I use it at night on one liter as a support while I sleep. Bridget Hinkley was very professional ,patient answered all my questions. Am very pleased with the company.

Representative Chelsea was extremely professional and helpful through the prosses.

Works Great and lightweight and easy to carry around

i have the G4 model. I do like it when I go out of the house as it is much easier to carry around. However, I am a weak person I guess as it seems heavy when I use the 4 hr. battery. To me it is noisy. If you put it on the floor or away from you it is okay. I am getting used to it. Also, the batteries don't last as long as is indicated. They are about 1/2 hr. less. Other than that I do like it much better than the system I had where I had to carry a tank.
