The unit doesn't deliver the amount of oxygen I need. The marketing person assured me that the 6 setting was equivalent to a continuous flow of 6. Not true. I can still use it to travel in the car or when I am just sitting but it is inadequate for me for walking very far. The cannula kinks at the connector on top of the unit.

Everything has been great, except for the poor design of the O2 port makes it very easy for the canula line to kink.

I don’t like that one took to long to get my unit. Your unit is to noisy for someone with hearing aids. And finally the people we spoke to very seldom returned our calls when having trouble getting my unit originally . Your service needs a lot of work

I bought the Inogen G5 for my wife and it has been wonderful! It has enabled us to travel much easier without dragging tanks along. The Inogen is very quiet and very reliable. I recommend it to anyone who is on oxygen.

Like the oxygenation My wife using and she has lung cancer and COPD Needs to wear when walking. Unfortunately, this unit has ended up being too heavy for her and she is not utilizing to its fullest. Wish she had the lighter unit
