My representatives were simply excellent! They were hyper responsive and informative which made the experience much, much easier for me. Mat Wilkins especially worked closely with me, his follow up was exceptional!

Outstanding group. Very efficient, effective and professional. The were able to help us recover the refunds due our company much sooner that we anticipated. The entire process took about 5 months from the date we applied to getting actual refund checks delivered to our office. Highly recommended.

Moren Blazevic Is the IR Rep that handled my Case from start to finish and did and Excellent Job. I am not Tech Savvy, but he was patient with me in Walking me through the Steps. I sure appreciate his patience with this 63 Year Old Small Businessman.

The company was very efficient in their system for gathering data and processing it. I would recommend it to other business associates that qualify for the ERC.

Innovation Refunds did what my very expensive national accounting firm couldn't. The accountants never even told me about this program. And when I heard the ads, I asked them about it, and they told me it wasn't worth the time. Innovation refunds jumped right in and got it done with almost no work on my part. They got me the full amount for each of my employees. A big thanks to all at Innovative refunds and to Drew Falco our point person. they made a huge difference in our company!

Innovation Refunds is an amazing company. They told me step by step what documents I needed. And in my case, what documents I was missing. I can't begin to tell you how great their customer support is/was. Nathan McVay was always available. He returned emails when he was off, during off hours and what ever it took to get me the status I required. There is no way as a small company I could have put together what the IRS required. CPA's, Attorneys etc. I was, and am, very impressed with not only putting up all the work up front, but the quality of work. I can't begin to recommend Innovation Refunds enough. Wishing you great success!

I had heard all of the advertisements and I was somewhat skeptical at first. But the whole process was explained to me in detail and everyone I dealt with was just tremendous in helping me get the documentation I needed in a timely fashion. I really appreciated the personal touch and how smooth the whole process went. I would definitely recommend to everyone I know to give them the opportunity. Very happy.
