I was a little skeptical about going forward with the paperwork for this credit but Michael was such a great person to work with that it made me feel like it was going to be worth it. Michael walked me through all the paperwork and was patient with us trying to gather all of the documents required. It didn't help that we had switched accounting softwares half way through the years needed to process but we worked together on a way to report all the information in a way that was acceptable.
