I ordered two T shirts both XL which is the size I always order but they were two small so I cant wear them and there is no return address

Item not as described and missing parts, waited 6 weeks. Ordered stained glass suncatcher and a piece of plastic arrived, hanging chain missing. Plenty of updates about shipping though at least
