About Innerpeacebehavioral

We are a therapy practice where clients are treated with understanding and respect. Offering trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, art therapy, EMDR and more. We will also be offering in-house breath work classes and Reiki in the near future.

Speaking with my therapist always helps to provide a sense of calmness. I started feeling some sadness, stress, irritation and disappointment and she helped me to understand that I’m powerful!
Speaking with my therapist always leaves me feeling happier inside. She gives me some tools and tips and explanations as to why those would be helpful so I can understand why and I really appreciate that. I’m so grateful to have found them. I highly recommend their services to anyone.
