My black cartridge leaked onto my printer. I called your number and it said all operators were busy and to call later. I'm not buying anything else from you guys unless you make it right.

The cartridges fit nicely however my computer would not recognise them. I gave up and bought another printer.

Poor color mix.. everything showed up in magenta primarily, and after 10 or so pages would gradually show as it should. Also all cartriges did not last as long as the regular sixed HP cartriges. Not nearly as long as the XL i was used to. Also, on one cartridge chane,printing would cease at times way before the cartridge was empty Very annoying.

Toner for HP Laser now experiencing red dot splatter on page! Because we are a business that relies on our printing being perfect and clean, having red spots on pages after a couple months of regular use is unacceptable! Yes I went through the cleaning process 10x and re-calibrated with no change. According to my research for causes it requires the toner (Magenta) to be replaced. As the saying goes you get what you pay for.

They are reliable and I can place an order at the end my day EST and it will be processed the same day PST, delivered within 2 days. It works for me
