Very reliable and product comes quick. Product was as described online and the customer service is very helpful. Only downside was the inks did leak in the bag a little but I half expected that from going across country and the pressure from being in a plane.

I am just now getting into this with the ink and frosting sheets. So far I have purchased all my ink and sheets from Inkedibles with the product. The only time I was unhappy was when I ordered ink and paid the extra money to get it the next day. I read online if you let them know it was a rush order and was willing to pay $10 more they could get it to you the same day. Problem is they don't say how to do this and I could not get a response from their chat line for help and the email didn't get back until after I made order, the email just said I see you have already ordered and could not be changed. Hopefully a situation don't come up again that I need something right away. Product is very good.
