Terrible experience and the customer service is awful. It is clear all you care about is taking peoples money and have no concern if people are happy with their purchases. I run a business and was looking for a go-to reliable place to purchase my supplies from and I can tell you for sure it will not be here.

My order was placed on backorder so it took much longer than it should. I can't always depend on quick service. Another time, the ink was spilled out into the zip lock bag. Thank goodness it did not get on the edible paper I had ordered. They had crammed the bag of ink in with the paper which was not the best thing to do.

Ink spilt ,not good. Better packaging would be good so this does not happen. I have received ink from others and it does not spill

The sheets arrived in a timely manner but they were dried and cracking. I called the company and they refused to stand behind their product and replace it. Also several of the sheets were not properly centered so they were unusable even if they had not been dried and cracking. I ended up paying for a product, including shipping, of a product that was of no use to me. I ended up frantically calling stores in my local area until I found someone that would make the printed sheets that I needed.

Inkedibles was great with the delivery... but when the product came... the background color of the printed frosting was blue when the color of the photo I sent was a white background. The customer service person that I spoke to blamed this on the shadows and poor quality of the photo, so they took no steps to correct it. The other thing is they approved the photo that I sent. I wished that they would have said that they didn’t feel that the photo would print well prior to print and delivery because I would have sent another one of higher quality. Also there were words completely cut off the bottom. This is a great service, but I would have to think twice before using them again! Was very disappointed with the quality for the price.

We are sorry to hear about this. Please understand that we print whatever file is provided to us. It is not possible to approve or disapprove of an image that is provided, since it is subjective. However, we understand your concern, and you were refunded in full as I can see a couple of days ago.
