I had placed my first order with Inkedibles, but was concerned that I had not received an email confirmation of my order after 8 days. I chatted with Sam and was immediately notified by email of my USPS tracking. Sam's service was prompt and definitely a 5 star rating. Not being notified that my order was received with an email confirmation after I placed it, and being left to wonder if it even went through properly (my PayPal was charged immediately), was more of a 1 star rating. I believe in second chances, so I will be ordering again. Edited to add: Of course the first thing I did (and every day after) was to check my spam folder. Nothing. Sometimes that happens, so I believe them and have changed my rating. I’m looking forward to ordering from them in the future.

Hello Sharon, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I have looked into your order and see that you placed it online on Aug 22, 2021, and that an order confirmation was sent out to you at the same time by our automated system. Please check your spam folder in case it went to spam, it should have been sent to you at around 1:40pm PST on Aug 22.

Today I had the pleasure of working with Steve Augustine. He answered questions, got me my invoice and refunded when I paid too much :) I truly appreciated that he went out of his way and was thorough, quick and professional.
