I ordered through Live chat and worked with Steve. Steve was so patient and helpful and made the process enjoyable. I know it's not easy working with a 74 yr old man who isn't tech savvy. I will be ordering again very soon. Steve is a keeper!

Meets expectations without unpleasant surprises.
The edible printed material came in a document protector file envelope, so my image didn't get mauled in the shipping process. The image quality was top notch. It's not as sharp as the regular inedible one, but that's to be expected. It wasn't brittle pliable for handling. Excellent customer service response from Mr. Patrick. I will be ordering from them again.
