Bought my Circadian Syner-D Massage…
Bought my Circadian Syner-D Massage Chair a year ago. I can't say it is all that! It is already showing signs of wear and tear stressing 'tear'. Not happy with lack of control over preprogrammed massages. The 4D is not user adjustable at all in preprogrammed massages and I don't like that. Gets too aggressive at times. Air pillows do not work very well either. I had high hopes for this chair and we do enjoy it for the most part but it has a lot of room for improvement and DURABILITY is one of them! Not sure I would buy another. There are others out there that preform just as well for half the price. Why spend money on something that isn't any better than their cheaper rival?

Amazing service
I purchased my Infinity chair in April and absolutely love our chair. We had an issue with one of the parts, I reached out and they sent the part right away however the only repair guy in my area is out on leave. I reached out today and spoke to an Awesome gentleman named Ben Chretien. Ben walked me through the entire process on how to fix my chair. Not only did he do that, he also stayed on the phone the entire time to walk me through the process. At one point, he reached out to the service guy in the shop to get pictures of what we needed to fix and what it should look like. He answered every question we had and never made us feel like we were a bother. We were on the phone for a while trying to fix the machine but he never made us feel dumb or like he had better things to do. The machine itself sold me however their service team sealed the deal.

A surprisingly effective massage chair
We demoed the chair without any thoughts of purchasing it - however, we fell in love with the great massage it provided and decided to buy. Our account rep, Eric, was extremely knowledgeable about the product and its benefits. We are looking forward to receiving the chair soon!

Very dissatisfied …
We purchased the infinity 4D massage chair ag the Texas Sate Fair in October. The sales person only gave us his cell phone number. There was no other information given ad to how to contact byte company. At first the sales person was responding to our texts because the delivery service from Mattress Firm could not get the chair upstairs where we originally planned to put it. We were told to just let them kezve it and to hire someone to help take it up there and he would reimburse us. Then he stopped responding and the phone won’t answer. We’ve had it less than 2 weeks and now it won’t even turn on.

Great Customer Service
Called the 800 number for assistance with chair not working properly. I spoke to Anthony Loconte and the experience was great! he listen to my concerns and walked me through the process of fixing it.

I will give Heidi Connors ten out of ten!
Heidi Connors is the best customer service staff I have ever met. She really cares about me as a customer . She is very patient, kind and always tries her best to help me solve different massage chair issues as quickly as possible. When the previous third party installation personnel couldn't fix the issue, she helped quickly find another more experienced local dispatcher and helped to schedule the appointment asap. She even sent me a few extra gifts for all the difficulties I have dealt with which made my heart warmed. Heidi is the best customer support I can always trust. I was kind of frustrated at first when I got my Infinity massage chair but now I am so happy that I chose Infinity! Thank you so much, Heidi!
