UPDATE- I received an email stating they are issuing a full refund . They were extremely apologetic about the entire ordeal. They went above and beyond the refund by also offering to send a new device along with their GLP 1 patches and toning cream. I would certainly say they have gained my trust back. I have updated this review to 5 starts for their communication and the way they have resolved my concerns. I sent an email with photos of the "infinity flow" device including packaging and unboxing it. The strap was just folded on top not packaged and looked cheaply made. The device itself looked nothing like the photos online nothing on the box said or had anything to do with infinity hoop. The package itself had another lable over top of the original label. I have placed phone calls with no answers. I left voicemails and still no replies. What kind of company promotes new products and has no one to field phone calls or emails? I will be filing a complaint with the BBB if I don't get a reply stating I am being refunded in full or I am getting the correct product shipped.

I wanted to cancel my "community" support quickly and not be charge for it on a recurring basis, so I emailed the customer service group. They replied in a timely manner, were kind and offered 2 items as a courtesy, which I was very surprised and pleased about. Overall, a very good experience.

Contacted customer support right after receiving because I tried it out, and the thing doesn't work. The sliding wheel the ball connects onto and uses to slide through the inner chambers of the hoop gets stuck constantly. I wore tight clothes as instructed, I spaced my feet apart with one slightly in front of the other, I watched numerous videos and nothing I did helped. Not to mention they sent the wrong size waist trainer so I couldn't wear that underneath, but that was the only difference. I asked multiple times to just return it and get my money back and they continuously rebuffed my request and eventually told me to send in a video of myself using the product. Are you kidding me? I'm not a dunce. The product never worked. It's been sitting in the ridiculous box on my kitchen counter along with the wrong sized waist trainer a week after getting it. You shouldn't have to jump through hoops to just return a product that's defective. All I needed was a shipping label and I'd have sent this back. I just walk with my dog more, no need for the gimmicky hoop of frustration.

Even though it took a minute before I got a response from customer service, when they did respond, they promptly fixed my issue and went above and beyond to make me feel heard. I love my infinity hoop.

I hadn't realized that the Premium Community, was a charge that would automatically charge my card after a month free. When I sent a message to customer service, despite then being backed up and taking time, they have worked with me to make sure my subscription was canceled and even offered more.

I had been having a frustrating time with a detox tea subscription (coming too often, and the website not responding to “pause” requests), so contacted support. I heard back from Lyra, asking for a clarification and soon heard from Rose who both sympathized with and solved the problem. The speed of Rose’s responses were uncanny—barely asynchronous! A very satisfying experience and outcome.

I wanted to cancel my subscription. When I reached out to customer service they cancelled the subscription. Thankful that I didn't have to go through hoops to get the subscription cancelled. Customer service was responsive and courteous.
