It was a gift and it was everything we hoped it would do. Only little problems would be the taxes of importation (+100$).

Jeremie- thank you so much for this feedback. Duties/taxes/shipping are definitely a challenge internationally, but please know we pass on the exact costs from the carriers.

Fabulous product, fair price. I look forward to working more closely with Infinite Objects for my animated artworks.

Thank you for taking the time to rate your experience Pamela. Was the 1/5 rating made in error or were there negative aspects involved?

I had made a mistake on the shipping totally on my side....Crystal B was super helpful in correcting my issue. She even followed up and made sure everything was perfect before re sending the item. One of the best customer service experiences I have had recently.

Happy to hear that, Frank!

I got in touch with customer service a couple different times to inquire about the estimated date one of the frames would be available. All of the members were pleasant and answered the best they could. Sometimes, the chat member would take a long time to respond when I first began the chat, but it wasn't a big deal.

Horrible experience! I got my product and it was broken and would not work! The support team took forever to help me when I reached out to them! Overall my experience was very poor and I will not be shopping from you again!
Response from Infinite Objects· Jan 2, 2022
So sorry to hear that Ethan! We'll definitely take a deeper look into what happened here to make sure we find better solutions in the future.
