Wonderful customer service

I am very happy with this company and the "Shared Spirits" blanket. It is beautiful and sent very quickly. Thank you.

I always know I am going to be receiving the best quality products and if need be excellent customer service. Thanks! John

Excellent customer satisfaction. Our order was shipped promptly.

I made an order on the Saturday before Christmas. I received a phone message from the business owner saying the item I wanted was not available and he apologized if that was inconvenient...then I received another message on the subsequent Monday that he (the owner) had found the item and was sending it second day air to be on time for Christmas....all of this without actually speaking to me directly. The package arrived as stated and made my Christmas excellent. I called Indian Traders on Christmas Eve morning to leave a message thanking them...the owner answered and declined my offer to pay for the extra shipping charges he had incurred saying that my call was thanks enough. This fella knows how to treat customers!!!!!
