Used the service to remediate two separate mailboxes that were heavily landing on spam following a misconfiguration in a mass mailing service and user error in sending emails. After approximately two months of use, both mailboxes are perfectly healthy. Highly recommended if facing similar issues. InboxAlly offers a variety of other tools that are surely helpful, just did not apply to my use case

Our small all-volunteer non-profit saw its open rates on our mailchimp campaigns drop significantly earlier in the year. That wasted a lot of effort by our newsletter team. InBoxAlly helped us to steadily improve that back to its prior levels. The technical specialist was outstanding, as was customer liaison. Take advantage of the check-in zoom conferences - they were very effective. The bi-weekly summary reports were concise and clearly showed progress, as well as next steps. Overall, InBoxAlly is a very cost-effective service.

It's especially rewarding to know that the Zoom check-ins, bi-weekly reports, and support from our team made a meaningful difference throughout the process. We truly appreciate your trust in us and the incredible work your volunteer team does. Wishing your organization continued success with your newsletters and outreach, and we're always here if you need us! – The InboxAlly Team
