I thought the ordering process was very easy. You all did a great job alerting me that I needed better images for the artwork, which is great quality control. You were quick to make any changes that I requested while in the proofing phase. It arrived earlier than expected, which was amazing. Great experience. I hope the school will be able to use it for many years to come.
