I made a payment on February 4th, 2021 on the amount of US$18,95 for an iCloud removal service for an iPhone 8 Plus order #147937. Today is March 10th, more than a month and the iphone still iCloud locked. On your website it says that the service takes between 5-10 days to remove the iCloud lock. I sent an email requesting a full refund and never received a reply. For new clients, stay away from this company. They are scammers!
