I like ihood vest. I have tried others with no expectation to ihood's for it's low price. But it's totally impressed me when I received it. It’s light, yet cozy and high quality. Plenty of zippered pockets, inside and out.

Great vest! I'll even wear it around the house in the evenings. The vest is thin and lightweight which makes it easy to wear with clothing and under a winter coat.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with the person who helped me out at the start of asking about whether or not they had 3X jackets. The jacket is everything they say it is the material is way better than I expected it to feel the heating elements work awesome, oh my questions that I have ask have an answered right away I can’t say enough about the jacket. I can’t wait to buy some of the extra accessories, so don’t wait on this jacket. The price is excellent for what you get with this unit. I’ve looked at other jackets. Nothing compares to these, I am so glad that I had waited and asked the questions about getting the size I needed. I hope your experience is just as wonderful as mine so I enjoy the outdoor weather with it.

I like this vest. It's came in a perfect gifting. Now I don't care as much when the bus is running an hour behind because the battery has longer life and it's a double USB so you can charge your phone while the coat is also hooked up to it Detachable hood.

Well I had an exchange that needed to be done and I contacted customer service A person by the name of Chris contacted me back and was courteous and knowledgeable he told me he would take care of the situation and that he did I have received my new jacket and it fits perfectly I am not used to getting such great customer service and Ihood has a new customer for life you have gone above and beyond my expectations and everything you told me you would do was done I am beyond grateful Can not Thank you enough!!!!!

This is an amazing jacket. When I received it, it was in its own bag, folded up very nicely. I am very impressed with the bag. This bag has zippers on the inside and outside of the bag. The quality, both of vest and the bag, is very well.
