Delay in delivering descriptions
I have been waiting for delivery of my prescription for 7 working days and is yet to be delivered. This is not the first or second time with these delays it appears to be a consistent pattern.

The healthcare providers are good and efficient The are also proactive in crisis management when issues arise As i conclude,if IHMS can improved on their call centre services it will go a long way to enhance better service delivery which will attract new business. Because clients will share their testimonies to others.
